Disclaimer

We maintain the eb5arnstein.com blog (the “Blog”) as a free public service for anyone interested in legal issues that relate to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) initiative or EB-5 .  The Blog is for informational purposes only. Here are some important do’s and dont’s that you should keep in mind while reading the Blog:
  • Don’t construe anything you read on the Blog as legal advice.
  • Don’t act or refrain from acting because you read something on the Blog without first seeking legal advice from an attorney licensed in your state.
  • Don’t believe that we are your lawyers. The Blog does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us.  You are not a client of ours unless and until you engage us in writing. If you have, or suspect that you may have a legal problem, you should consult a lawyer to obtain legal information and recommendations specific to your problem.
  • Don’t assume the Blog contains the most up-to-date legal information. Although we try to provide timely and accurate information, the speed of legal developments and the press of business may mean that the information contained on the Blog may not be accurate.  Also, we have been known to make mistakes and typographical errors, for which we apologize, so be careful.
  • Don’t think we warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items in the Blog because we expressly disclaim all liability relating to, arising out of or in any way involving the contents of the Blog.
  • Don’t think that we are responsible for links to other websites you find in the Blog because these these links are there just as a convenience to you and we are not responsible for the linked site or its contents.
  • Don’t think that any opinions expressed on the Blog are those of our employers because they are not.
  • Do come back to the Blog often because we reserve the right to make changes and corrections to the Blog at any time, without notice, and if you don’t come back and see us you will miss those.
  • Do feel free to reproduce the material on the Blog for non-commercial purposes as long as you give us proper attribution.
  • Do subscribe to the Blog, but if you do please realize that now we have your email address and we will be sending you updates on a regular basis.  If these updates annoy you, just unsubscribe.  We will be sad to see you go.
  • Do expect us to protect your email address if you subscribe and not give it to spammers.
  • Do post comments, but if you do we ask that you follow these common sense guidelines:
    • Stay focused. All viewpoints are welcome, but comments should remain on the topic set by the original blog post, discussion question or other type of initial entry.
    • Be respectful. Ad hominem or personal attacks, profanity, and aggressive behavior have no place here. Instigating arguments in a disrespectful way is frowned upon.
    • Tell the truth. Spreading misleading or false information is just plain wrong.
    • No spam. Repeated posting of identical or very similar content in a counter-productive manner will not be accepted – this includes posts aggressively promoting services or products.
  • Do contact us if you have any questions about these guidelines or the Blog.
